There are many facets to being a great leader and Myatt explores both what those many areas are and what to do about it. Myatt has a great mix of hitting home on the flaws every leader knows they need to work on and showing you what you can actually do about it. If you want to audit yourself as a leader and learn what you can do to improve yourself and your organization, this is a great read.
