yeah so this is super conventional but Mandalorian so one of the things that's been fun about that is related to my kids again is we watched it with my kids so uh we had a chance to go on the galactic star Cruiser again youall know I am a genuine and true nerd through and through huge fan of Scott trobridge and his work at Star Wars uh in Star Wars lands in Disney and also of that and so before that we got our kids who are nine and six and watched all the movies together and then we've been watching Mandalorian together as a family and it's a it's super fun uh and it's fun to have that kind of lore connection that so it's not just the Classic kids movies but there's something more and I think for them they feel like it's an adult kind of conversation they get to be a part of so I've really enjoyed that

TV show is a toss-up between the Mandalorian and Ted lasso I know it's not very new but I don't watch tons and tons of TV and I usually find like the few that I latch onto and then I get obsessed with and then I gotta take a break for a while so those are my last two obsessions

Every entry is a verbatim quote and a link to the public post it came from. Nothing is paraphrased. If it is not on record somewhere public, it is not here.

The verdict is what they actually said: loved and liked are explicit; recommended means they told others to get it; uses means they only say they use it; read is a book on their public shelf with no verdict; mixed and disliked are kept too.

A dashed affiliate link, sponsored or their own label means the post disclosed a relationship. It is shown, never hidden.

The shading behind a date shows how dated a recommendation is for its kind of thing.

The shading behind a date shows how dated a recommendation is, for its kind of thing. Fully green is recent. It drains a quarter at a time as the post gets older, and is empty once it reads as dated.

What counts as old depends on the thing. A laptop praised four years ago has been replaced twice; a book loved twenty years ago is probably still loved. The shading is gone after about:

Stripes mean the post carries no date and the date shown is an estimate. No date at all, no shading.
